Shanmugalingam Sivashankar (Tamil: சண்முகநாதன் சிவசங்கர்; 1962 – 18 May 2009), commonly known by the nom de guerre Pottu Amman, was a Sri Lankan Tamil rebel and the Chief of the Intelligence wing of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), a separatist Tamil militant organisation in Sri Lanka. He was also in charge of coordinating Black Tigers and Pistol Gang attacks across the entire island.
