The vice president of the Republic of Korea was the second highest executive office in South Korea. The position was abolished in 1960. The following is a list of vice presidents of South Korea since its independence. To avoid confusion, all the names on this list follow the Eastern convention (family name first, given name second) for consistency. The first column counts (individuals number) and the second column counts (administration number/term number).

- 대한민국의 부통령(大韓民國의 副統領)은 대한민국 제1공화국 헌법에 규정된 대통령 다음의 직책으로, 대통령이 사고로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 대통령의 권한을 대행하는 권한을 가졌다. 1952년 제1차 개정 헌법 이후 제1공화국 헌법에서는 부통령을 참의원의 의장으로 규정하였으나, 제1공화국에서는 참의원의원 선거가 실시되지 않아 참의원이 구성되지 않았다. 제2차 개정 헌법(1954.11.29.~1960.6.14.)에서는 대통령이 궐위되면 부통령이 대통령이 되고, 남은 임기를 재임하도록 규정하였다. 1960년 6월 15일 제2공화국 헌법 공포와 동시에 부통령제는 폐지되었으며, 이후 시행된 적이 없다.
