The Neon Judgement is a Belgian new wave band, formed in Leuven in 1981 by Dirk Da Davo (born Dirk Timmermans, keyboards/vocalist) and TB Frank (born Frank Vloeberghs, guitarist/vocalist). They have often been cited, alongside fellow Belgian band Front 242, as the pioneers of electronic body music (EBM), an electronic dance genre from the early 1980s combining industrial and electro music.

Tillsammans med band som Front 242, Deutsch-Amerikanische Freundschaft och Nitzer Ebb utgjorde The Neon Judgement på 1980-talet EBM-scenen. (sv) The Neon Judgement was een Belgische band die vooral in de jaren tachtig in eigen land populair was. De groep ontstond in Leuven en werd opgericht in 1981 door en . Hun vroege werk was geïnspireerd door de elektronische muziek van Suicide en Kraftwerk. Vanaf hun derde langspeler gingen rockinvloeden een grotere rol spelen en op waren zelfs opvallend veel country-elementen te horen, zij het mét behoud van de elektronische basis. (nl)
