Earl of Lincoln; * um 1230; † 2. Juni 1258) war ein englischer Adliger. Er war der älteste Sohn von John de Lacy und von Margaret de Quincy. Sein Vater wurde 1232 zum Earl of Lincoln erhoben, nach seinem Tod 1240 heiratete seine Mutter in zweiter Ehe 1242 Walter Marshal, 5. Earl of Pembroke. Edmund wuchs am Hof von König Heinrich III. auf, wo er von Richard, dem späteren Bischof von Chichester, erzogen wurde und zusammen mit dem Thronfolger Eduard und dessen jüngeren Bruder Edmund aufwuchs. Seine Ländereien kamen unter die Verwaltung von Erzbischof Walter de Gray von York. Bereits im Mai 1248 wurde Edmund für volljährig erklärt und erhielt die umfangreichen Besitzungen seines Vaters, die vor allem in den nördlichen M (de) Edmondo de Lacy (1230 – 2 giugno 1258) è stato un nobile inglese. Edmondo de Lacy (de facto), 2º conte di Lincoln (in un altro censimento anche 4º conte di Lincoln) era figlio di , I Conte di Lincoln. Alla morte del padre nel 1240 ereditò i titoli e le terre di suo padre che comprendevano: , , Lord di Bowland, e Conestabile di Chester. Siccome era minorenne la sua eredità è stata tenuta per lui con la tutela dalla madre. Normalmente la sua eredità sarebbe stata tenuta sotto tutela fino al raggiungimento della maggiore età (21 anni). Tuttavia a Edmondo fu permesso di succedere al padre a soli 18 anni di età.
