Carmen Gloria Quintana Arancibia (born 3 October 1967) is a Chilean woman who suffered severe burns in an incident where she and other young people were detained by an army patrol during a street demonstration against the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. She survived, and thereafter became a symbol of hope for democracy in Chile to many, receiving an embrace and encouragement from Pope John Paul II.

En 1986 sufrió graves quemaduras, llevadas a cabo por una patrulla militares de la dictadura de Augusto Pinochet, durante una manifestación en contra de este régimen. Junto a ella y rociados con un acelerante, fue también quemado el joven Rodrigo Rojas de Negri, quien posteriormente falleció como consecuencia de los hechos. Dichos eventos son conocidos en Chile como el «Caso Quemados». En la actualidad es funcionaria del gobierno de Chile desempeñándose en el cargo de agregada científica en la embajada chilena en Canadá. (es)
