The Canonesses Regular of the Holy Sepulchre (CRSS), or Sepulchrine Canonesses, are a Catholic female religious order first documented in 1300. They were originally the female branch of the ancient religious order of that name, the Canons Regular of the Holy Sepulchre. The canonesses follow the Rule of St. Augustine.

(en) Die Chorfrauen vom Heiligen Grab oder Sepulchrinerinnen sind ein Orden in der römisch-katholischen Kirche, der nach der Regel des heiligen Augustinus lebt. Die Chorfrauen sind der weibliche Zweig der Chorherren vom Heiligen Grab, der in der Zeit der Kreuzzüge 1114 an der Grabeskirche entstanden ist. Es gibt weltweit nur noch wenige Klöster dieses Ordens, nämlich in (de) De Reguliere Kanunnikessen van het Heilig Graf is de vrouwelijke tak van het Kapittel van het Heilig Graf. Het eerste vrouwenklooster werd gesticht te Zaragoza in 1303. Later werd ook in Calatayud een dergelijk klooster opgericht. Deze zusters volgden alle de Regel van Augustinus en de Constitutiones ordinis Sepulcri Dominici (Regel van de Orde van het Heilig Graf).
