Camp de Noé was in 14 hectare internment camp straddling the municipalities of Noé, Le Fauga and Mauzac, south of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). It should not be confused with the Mauzac detention camp in the Dordogne.

| - Das Camp de Noé war ein 140.000 Quadratmeter großes Internierungslager nördlich von Noé auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinden Noé, Le Fauga und Mauzac, südlich von Toulouse in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Gare de Longages – Noé an der Bahnstrecke Toulouse–Bayonne. Das Lager wurde 1941 vom französischen Kriegsministerium (französisch ministère de la Guerre) gebaut, um spanische Republikaner und Juden zu internieren, die Opfer der antisemitischen Politik des Vichy-Regimes wurden. Von Februar 1941 bis Juli 1942 waren dort 2.500 Menschen eingesperrt, die eine Hälfte Juden und die andere Hälfte spanische Republikaner, die nach der Niederlage im spanischen Bürgerkrieg nach Frankreich geflüchtet waren. Seit März 1941 setzte sich Jules Saliège (1870–1956), seit 1928 Erzbischof von Toulouse, dafür ein, den Menschen im Camp de Noé und im materiell zu helfen. Am 23. August 1942 ließ Saliège in allen Gemeinden seines Bistums einen von ihm geschriebenen kurzen Hirtenbrief verlesen. Am 15. August 1944 begann die alliierte Landung im Rhonedelta. Am 19.
