Binyam Ahmed Mohamed (Amharic: ብንያም መሐመድ, Arabic: بنيام محمد, born 24 July 1978), also referred to as Benjamin Mohammed, Benyam Mohammed or Benyam Mohammed al-Habashi, is an Ethiopian national and United Kingdom resident, who was detained as a suspected enemy combatant by the US Government in Guantanamo Bay prison between 2004 and 2009 without charges.He was arrested in Pakistan and transported first to Morocco under the US's extraordinary rendition program, where he claimed to have been interrogated under torture.

Il aurait admis avoir été entraîné dans un camp d'Al-Qaïda avant de déclarer que ces aveux avaient été obtenus sous la torture. Il prétend avoir été « torturé de façon médiévale ». Premier détenu libéré de l'administration de Barack Obama, il est arrivé au Royaume-Uni le 23 février 2009. En février 2010, une cour d'appel a finalement déclaré qu'il avait été soumis à un traitement cruel, inhumain et dégradant par les autorités américaines. (fr)
