General elections to the Cortes Generales were held in Spain on the 15 January 1869. At stake were all 352 seats in the Congress of Deputies, plus 11 Puerto Rican and 18 Cuban additional seats.

Fou convocada després de la Revolució de Setembre, encapçalada per Joan Prim i Prats i Francisco Serrano Domínguez que suposà l'abdicació d'Isabel II d'Espanya i la fi del govern de Narváez, cap del Partit Moderat. En total foren escollits 352 diputats, a part dels 11 de Puerto Rico i 18 de Cuba. El general Prim encapçalà una coalició monàrquica formada pel Partit Progressista, la Unió Liberal i el Partit Democràtic, que guanyà les eleccions. El sector republicà del Partit Democràtic va formar el Partit Republicà Democràtic, encapçalat per Pi i Margall, Salmerón i Castelar, que va obtenir un bon resultat. També es presentaren els carlins, tot i que no van obtenir els resultats (ca) Las elecciones generales de España de 1869 o elecciones constituyentes de 1869 fueron convocadas para el 15 de enero de dicho año bajo sufragio universal masculino. Fueron las primeras realizadas tras la revolución de 1868, encabezada por los generales Juan Prim y Francisco Serrano Domínguez que supuso el destronamiento de Isabel II y el fin del gobierno de Narváez, jefe del Partido Moderado. Se realizaron durante el Gobierno Provisional de 1868-1871, primer periodo del Sexenio Democrático. (es)
